The Shift from Role Play to Go-To Leader

Become a “Go-To” Leader

Who is Trusted, Depended

On and Promoted

"Unfortunately, few managers know what executives truly need from them, and soon end up in a box they don't know how to get out of.

Unfortunately, very few coaches have actually been an executive and know exactly how to help. That's the gap I fill and unique value I bring."

Steve Glaser,
Go-To Leadership Coach

Former Sr Executive of Public Silicon Valley Tech Company and Start-up CEO, Strategy and Business Consultant, BSEE and MBA

Bringing Decades of Experience in Mistakes and Successes in Small and Large Businesses, and Elevating High Potential Employees into Go-To Leaders that Executives Trust, Depend On and Promote.

As a former senior executive at a public technology company, I experienced firsthand the highs and lows of leadership. As I transitioned to consulting, I began working closely with many more managers who were feeling demoralized and unsure of how to move forward.

They didn't understand what their executives needed from them, and didn't have the formal training or coaching to figure it out on their own. While I saw new perspectives, opportunity and possibilities, they felt stuck. Today I'm here to help them become Go-To Leaders.
